Jason Onarecker, MD
So a little bit about myself. I have lived nearly my whole life in Oklahoma. I went to a local high school here in Edmond (OCS) then got a degree in biomedical engineering from Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, OK and worked as an engineer for several years. I met my wife, Lindsay, there in Tulsa and we got married right before I started medical school in 2013. Fun fact: I was trained in residency at OU Children’s Hospital by the good Dr. Hester and Dr. Busey of NW Peds. Fast forward to 2024 and I now have a family of five and have been in pediatric practice for the last four years only a few short miles away from my childhood home. My wife and I have discovered we only produce girl babies, so now we have 7, 5, and 2 year old girls and my house is full of all of the pink and glittery things you can imagine. My life is also full of mountain biking, Thunder basketball, church, and far more nerdy hobbies than I could ever have time for.
